Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Free Shipping: Available for orders above RM50.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances
5. Order Tracking

6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

- Provide your order number and photos of any damage for prompt assistance.
8. Changes to Orders
