1 TO 1 EXCHANGE Terms & Conditions


  • The term “Product” herein refers to DMES merchandise, which is covered under a valid service contract.
  • The pronouns “You” and “Your” are used to refer to both the owner of the Product and the purchaser of this service contract.
  • The term “Company” is used to refer to Asia Century Supplies Sdn Bhd.


  • DMES 1-to-1 Exchange Warranty program provides for the replacement of the Product purchased by you if found to be defective during the warranty period. If the Product is found to be faulty due to manufacturer’s defects, you will receive a brand new replacement product of like kind, quality, and value. The contract will automatically be terminated when the product is replaced more than 1 time.
  • The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase.


  • Buyers are required to register the warranty before submitting a claim. 
  • For all Replacements, buyers are required to submit a screenshot of order details while submitting the claim on our official website 
  • Contact and consult DMES’s instructions to determine if the failure to operate is due to circumstances that may be corrected by yourself. If the breakdown is not covered by this Replacement Warranty or if the Product is found to be non-defective, the Product will be returned to You at a charge of RM10.


This Replacement Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental Damage: Warranties do not cover damages caused by accidents, spills, drops, or other incidents that are not considered part of normal product usage.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Any damages resulting from the product being used in a manner that goes against the manufacturer’s guidelines or intended purpose may not be covered.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Warranties do not cover gradual wear and tear that occurs with regular use of the product over time.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: If the product has been tampered with or repaired by someone other than an authorized service provider, the warranty may be voided.
  • Mobile Software Issues: Warranties may not cover software-related problems, as software is often subject to its own licensing and terms.
  • External Factors: Damages caused by external factors such as natural disasters, power surges, or environmental conditions might not be covered.
  • Loss or Theft: Warranties typically do not cover loss or theft of the product.

This Replacement Warranty is not an insurance policy. It is a service contract providing replacement for covered defects. It does not provide any guarantee or promise relating to the nature of the material, workmanship, or performance of the covered product.


  • Your maximum entitlement shall in no event exceed the actual purchase price of the covered Product. You would be required to pay for the additional amount if the Replacement product value is more than the purchase price you paid for your original Product. We shall not in any event be liable to person or property for any incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages. This contract is non-transferable.


This Replacement Warranty shall terminate immediately with no refund of the Replacement Warranty Fee in the event of any of the following:

  • Upon expiry of the Contract; Disposal or repossession of the Product more than 1 time;
  • Unauthorized repair, replacement or modification of the Product;
  • If the product is moved out of the country of purchase, it will not be covered by this Replacement Warranty.


This is the entire agreement between DMES and the Purchaser of this Replacement Warranty and no other oral or written representation is valid.

DMES reserves the right to reject any claims if the T&C are not met.
